Big Town Hero

I have order from them four or five times over the past few years. I keep trying to give them a chance and Im so disappointed at how consistent they are at failing. Ive never had a successful order. Sometimes they were unable to locate my order. Sometimes the order was completely wrong. Sometimes I had to wait in a twenty minute line just to pick up an order. Service is slow. The food quality itself is only fine.

Very disappointed. Back in August went here a few times to get lunch for my film crew and it was great. Nice size salads and sandwiches. Apparently either a different staff or the economy shift has changed that. I ordered the TBA salad and I don't think there was a full slice of turkey or bacon on it. My husband's sandwich was almost all bread. I get things have changed a bit, but why cut the size of things.

I love Big Town Hero and was excited when there was finally one local to me. I have been in 3 times in the last month and a half or so and each time my order has been completely botched which is pretty mind blowing as it is ham, cheese, mustard, mayo, pickles. I try not to post bad reviews as I understand the service industry especially durng covid is very difficult, but there is clearly a quality control issue if my order is wrong every time. Bummer deal when you are paying $10 after tip for a regular sandwich no sides or drink. Update: I have been back 10 times since this review. My order has been correct exactly 1 of those times. Embarrassingly terrible.
