        My espresso machine stopped getting warm, and Joe was helpful enough to give me some troubleshooting tips over email to try before needing to bring it in. This was a really nice touch because it showed me he was more interested in fixing my problem than getting my money. Ultimately there was a bad gasket, and his repair was timely and affordable. Worth the trip from Hillsboro.
