Eric and his team were wonderful to work with. At every interaction, they were polite, professional, friendly, and dependable. They were very helpful making decisions when asked and were patient and understanding during the decision-making phase. The final result was just what I was looking for. If you need something done, this is your team. Eric has completed several projects for me in the past few years, and we are about to embark on another. I have had such great results and experiences with True Design and Remodeling that I didn't even consider another contractor to start this current project. Eric is highly experienced, an all around nice guy, and very detail oriented. This is a quality company that is easy to work with. Texts/ calls are always answered in good time. Eric and his team always clean up the job site nicely. He is careful to put things back exactly where they need to be -whether it is your furniture or belongings, and if your dog needs ear scratches he is good at that too.

Eric and his crews did and excellent job re-roofing my house. I would use him to look at any other remodeling type projects. Eric is very detail oriented. 1. The quote was detailed and we knew exactly what we were getting. (All new flashing, vents, new plywood where a leak had existed, etc, etc) 2. Eric helped me get a temporary tarp secured over a leaking area until the weather allowed the project to start. 3. The shingles were high quality name brand (Certainteed) with a great warranty. He gave me a couple models to choose from at different price points. 4. The install was done very well. I was able to look at all the vents, flashing, etc at the end of each day and understand what was being done. 4. The crew was professional. They cleaned up every day and when the job was done, they cleaned up around the house including all the gutters. You would not even know they had been there working for 3 days. Great job!
