They have flat lied to me as I'm trying to get a rental. Contradict themselves in their own emails saying one thing and then another a month later. They have strung me along for weeks without any information and honestly sent brash, rude responses to my emails. Considering seeing if I can sue them for lying. If you own a house, don't let them rent it out, as you'll likely lose money because the process to get into a home is horrendous. My mom, as a landlord herself, said it was an insane process.

Gerry was absolutely amazing with helping us get in our rental and even after moving in has been there for literally anything and everything we have needed! Ive rented many places and have never had such a pleasant experience. 10/10

Gerry at Rogue Real Estate has been extremely helpful in connecting me to my new home. She went above and beyond in helping me secure a rental that was well suited for my location requirements and took lots of pictures of the unit prior to move in to provide an accurate representation of it's condition.
She also tolerated what probably what seemed like 50 calls from me with answers to my follow up questions. I appreciated that she made herself available for me.
Gerry and Rogue was extremely responsive from the application process through post-move-in. I would highly recommend!!

I had a very positive experience with Gerry and the folks at Rogue Property Management. The company successfully managed two duplex in Vancouver Washington. Most impressive was their oversite of the properties. The company performed on site inspections and quickly alerted me of any repairs that needed to be made. Their monthly and year end reports were easy to read and promptly provided. Having used property managers in the past in other communities I have to say, without hesitation, Rogue Property Management performs their functions very well.
