We went to Vancouver to look a few a houses to get a feel of the area and what's available. We arrived late at an open house where Amy and Kim (Guild Mortgage - also excellent!) were packing up. There were kind enough to take us back through as we arrived late. Amy was quite helpful and by evening, had scheduled a walk-through of another house with us. As we don't live in the area, Amy agreed to work with us remotely and gave us several tours of houses via Zoom, answered any questions we had, and gave us honest opinions (which we both found extremely valuable not being from the area). Over a period of two weeks, she diligently provided new opportunities and were finally in contract with a house that we loved in a great neighborhood for the right price. She has been a joy to work with and look forward to seeing her more once we move to Vancouver! Can't recommend her enough!

My real estate broker Amy Bebo was fantastic at her job! She walked me through the entire process of selling my Condo! We were able to get 6 offers over asking price. I ended up selling my condo for 30,000 over asking price in the end In less than a weeks time. Amy is very professional but down to earth at the same time.
