Highly recommend Harvey Cocker and his colleagues. Harvey was extremely flexible with our style when looking to buy a home. My wife and I were very interested in doing a lot of our own research/investigation. We always felt like Harvey respected our agency throughout the process and filled in the gaps of our knowledge. He was particularly helpful in dealing with negotiating replacement of a 100 year old sewer line. In a very comparative market, he helped us land a gem of a home for less than asking.

Best agents in Vancouver!!! Highly Recommend!!!! Leigh was incredible and went above and beyond through out the entire transaction. We live out of state and have owned a rental property in Vancouver for 17 years and decided to sell. Our place needed all kinds of work and Leigh took care of everything to get it ready to sell. After pricing it correctly we received many offers and Leigh did an incredible job of going through the pros and cons of each offer with us. Once in escrow Leigh handled everything that we needed to fix until the closing. Absolutely the best experience I have had in 30 years with an agent!!!
