Collin Petersen was a phenomenal Vancouver real estate agent to work with. I was initially concerned about my house languishing on the market for months, but Collin immediately jumped in to list the property and held a series of open houses. He focused on what I required from the sale and kept in close contact throughout the negotiations. He was able to provide sources for needed repairs and quickly resolve issues that came up. When Collin contacted me, I was very nervous about selling my home. It is a pole barn conversion and I wasn't sure it would be sellable. Collin visited with me and my daughter, set-up a time line for the sale, and put all my doubts to rest. He walked me through how to set the house up for photos, when I should be available and when I should be gone from the house. The house went on the market on a Thursday and the following Sunday he called to let me know there were 2 offers. That meant the house sold in 3 days! We discussed the offers and once I chose which one I wanted to take, Collin continued to help me through the process of Buyers inspections, walk-throughs, and final closing. He also lined me up with a Realtor in the city I am moving to so I could begin my search for a new home. All of this has taken less than a month. What a wonderful person Collin has been to work with. Brandon Fox was reccomended to us by our real estate agent in Oregon. He was so helpful to us as we were selling a house that was not in our home state. He was always punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. He priced the house correctly and we accepted an offer in 3 days.
