Thanks to them we were able to sell our home and buy/move into our new home smoothly and ideally. My wife and I highly recommend working with anyone from the Handris Realty Group(they are the best in the business) but even more so with Josh and Marilyn. Josh made the home buying process fantastic. He cares about his clients and is very good at what he does. He answers his phone 24/7 and is really proactive, which made the home buying process quick and painless. He was always roll-with-it, and generously pitched in when the transaction got tight. I highly recommend Josh for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Josh and Marilyn recently helped me buy my second home right down the street from my sister, brother-in-law, and baby niece. This is a dream come true for me and they made the experience that much better. They truly went above and beyond to answer all my questions about the home and were honest about pros and cons of homes throughout the process. Josh is also an excellent resource if you want things done to your home after purchasing. He knows various contractors and has clearly been involved in the Clark county community for many years. Would highly recommend.
