    I just moved into an apartment and I am so impressed by management. They have responded more than quickly to every question, comment or problem. They are proactive and even sent out a renter's survey. I don't know of any other company that does that or has concern for it's renters. I am very happy and feel confident that any issues or concerns will be taken care of with a quality fix.

    Step som moved in came home from work in the Am and woke back up to go to work and the car straight gone..there should be some safety measures for that not to happen.

    This property company does not take care of their low level income buildings. They refuse to properly fix things even though PROFESSIONALS tell them it needs to get done to prevent further damage to things. They demonstrate gross negligence and create unsafe and nearly uninhabitable communities by not bringing in proper pest control to eliminate things roaches, ants, spiders, etc. Do not recommend renting through this company. They also only use 1 guy for maintenance across 2 states and 9 different properties. They also charge a ridiculous amount in rent for these places. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company altogether. UPDATE: Just because I have a preferred name I use, doesnt mean I do not live in the facility. Also, if its not low level income then why is it so run down and dumpy? Places with balconies should have regular maintenance done on them to be safe(my balcony is literally leaning to the side and am afraid to step out onto it). As yall can see by the response from the company, they also like to gaslight tf out of their tenants and make themselves seem like they do all they can to keep places nice. Again. Just dont rent from this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid the emotional distress that comes with this company.

So sorry this happened to your step-son. This seems to be a widespread problem these days. While we cannot control criminal activity directly, we do have security cameras in the parking lot. If this is reported to the office with an approximate date and time period, we can review the footage for evidence.

While we don’t have a record (past or present) of a tenant or applicant named Ashton Michael, I can say we take the maintenance of our properties very seriously. In fact, as I write this, our maintenance tech is on his way to Salem at 7am on Sunday morning to deal with an issue. We have many vendors we use for pest control and other trade issues. We do not manage low-income housing and our rents our set in relation to market surveys we conduct through professional property management data software.
