I see my review is gone so I'm coming back with the 1star. Your drivers are reckless and endanger people around them. I can see by the other reviews and average review rating that this company is not one anyone should give money or time to, and my hope is that others will see this as well.

Great field personnel and very knowledgeable. I have used them for years and the work quality is top notch but the office end leaves a lot to be desired. I work for condo communities in the metro area and need proposals to compare pricing or to give the board of directors a budget for repairs or services. The road block comes when I have to ask several times for them to send it. I have worked with Chris on many occasions but not sure if he forgets, not interested, or other things take priority. It has taken up to 5 weeks to get a cost proposal from him! Next up, scheduling of services with the pipe fitter/plumbing side. Although Michelle is a friendly and seemingly helpful person, our appointment times are set and when the tech shows up late, he says the office gave him this time to arrive and was at another job! I have had appointments set with owners who have flown in just for the repair work and we get no notification as to why no one has shown up and when I call, I am told they had an emergency and all techs were called away. Now to avoid cancellations and confusion, I call the office to schedule, I call the technician personally to verify and have them be aware of the upcoming appointment, and call office next day to verify again! The techs are sometimes not prepared either as details about the work have been left out or not disclosed. To Fire Systems West: You have some of the best techs and inspectors in the business! Your office staff is losing you business!! One of my board of directors who have used you for years, is putting the job out to bid now. This is not a one time issue. I have been in the maintenance field now for 35 years and the office is always the bottleneck! I do have some positive words. Dave, Katie, Ivi, Ryon, and Gino (there are many more) are great! They have to face the owners with their complaints and handle it well but they will move on eventually if you are not able to fix the disorganized and well, in some cases, lazy office staff! I have heard from many of mine and other communities and the consensus is the same. Great field folks, Office not so much. Get it together management! Your staff has even mentioned the issues. Listen to them! They like their job and customers. They are the heart of your company!
