I came in last week after the ice storm. I was ready to ship but was filling out the certified mail documents when one of the employees (Craig or Carl) told another person and I if we weren't ready to mail then he wouldn't help us as it was 5 o'clock. The other guy took offense and the employee and the guy were yelling at eachother. Every other post office helps you if you're in the building before 5, but this employee said we were making up rules as he doesn't have to help us. I thought it was very rude. I got in line and luckily the other employee working helped me get my stuff out that day.

The heavyset Indian gal at the counter charged me 2 times to send something out by registered mail. Practically had to tell her how to do her job. I noticed other customers had difficulties when interacting with her. She told me that it is mainly due to customers not listeningis this why I got charged 58$ to send a piece of paper to DMV instead of 17.38$ it was suppose to be? This was on Jan 26, around 1pm. This is unacceptable.

Rude people. Female emoyee let me stand in line from 4:57 to 5:00 so she could finish her conversation with someone. Only at 5:00, did she acknowledge me with a "we're closed". I responded with "are you joking? I am the only person in line and I waited for your conversation to end". The last words she said to me was "I don't care".

I went in today just past 4:50 and took some time finding the correct flat rate box, and slips that I needed to fill out for my shipments. There was also another woman there before me filling out her envelopes as well on the counter - 2 additional customers in line. Right at 5pm Carl (was the name the employee gave me) rudely yells across the store that he will only be helping the 2 customers in line because they are closed (meaning he would not be helping the other woman and myself who had just finished filling out our envelopes/boxes). I said excuse me thats not how that works.. we have been in the store well before 5pm. If the store is open until 5, you help the customers that were in the store long before 5! Carl was completely rude in the way he spoke to me and the other woman the boxes I was about to send were not cheap. Almost $60 for 2 boxes. Carl continued to be completely disrespectful and demeaning with his language when I asked for clarification. I started recording a video because I was in shock after hearing how he was speaking to customers in the store! I told Carl I would not be spending my money here and I took my business to UPS where the shipping was less expensive and the customer service was amazing! after reading the reviews it seems like I am not the only person who has received horrible customer service here.
