It's funny how this app cut me off when I was leaving my description I signed up when covid was at 50% capacity and mask wearing. I was able to get into one class and had to sign up ahead of time for the next, they would always fill up and I would be on a waitlist and never get in. When I reached out to the staff they never called me back and ignored my calls for at least 2 weeks. I would not go back there for they never tried to make it right with me. The instruction itself was okay but when you're a brand new person having never done it before they were not not very attentive. Good luck This is added well after their response, today is 9/25/21. Still nothing from them even after their busy month. Buy at your own risk.

This started out as a great, first time, free class. (Even though they said they had socks for purchase starting at $6, which wasn't true!) The class was amazing and they were super helpful, friendly, attentive, etc. However, once the class was over, they pretty much cornered my friend and I. Once we said we couldn't commit to buying a membership right then, we were shown the door immediately. (I didn't even have my shoes on yet!) They turned snappy and rude. We never heard from them again. Even though I was honestly considering joining, the way we were treated was so awful, I'd NEVER give my business here again!! Unless you're ready to join on their "tonight only" specials, don't bother!

I found this studio about a year a half ago, what a game changer! It’s honestly the best workout I’ve ever had. The instructors are supportive and informative. Love this studio!
