The worst, most stressful experiences I've ever had dealing with a pharmacy. It's as if they have a rule against accepting any responsibility. They will straight up lie to avoid accepting responsibility, this has happened on countless occasions.

I spoke with the customer service several times due to delayed rx that was coming from the prescribers office. Stephanie and the billing Dept. was so on top the case interms of pushing prior authorization from the insurance company. She also called back to let me know the rx was processed. Her and her team went above and beyond to get our rx sent out before the end of the day. Thank you all!!!

It appears to have a lobby, postings, seating, etc... BUT is online only with delivery service. I stopped by at 5:15pm on a Thursday, posted open hours to a locked unstaffed office location. Only after calling was I told the fact they are online ONLY. Why have and a physical lobby set up and posted office location for no reason, seems sus to me??

This place is a Joke n they have our elderly peoples lives in their hands. Dont deliver on time even when they print a schedule. Screw up the dates on the bubble packs. And they all put blame on someone else without fixing the problem. DONT USE GENEVAWOODS!!!!!!!!
