Safeway Pharmacy

I like this Pharmacy! They send text messages when prescriptions are ready to be picked up. Sarah always has smile and is very pleasant!!! Wait lines vary by time of day...I try not to go during peak business hours.

My recent visit to Safeway pharmacy left me deeply disappointed. My girlfriend and I arrived with the understanding that there would be a 10-minute wait, but to our surprise, we waited for a full 20 minutes before receiving any assistance. When we approached the staff to inquire about the delay, their response was far from accommodating. They informed us that it would take an additional 30 minutes due to an influx of other customers, yet we couldnt help but notice that they were attending to newcomers before addressing our concerns. The most distressing aspect of this experience was the staffs disrespectful behavior. Their dismissive attitude and failure to acknowledge our time and frustration was disheartening. The situation escalated to the point where my girlfriend was reduced to tears due to their insensitive treatment. Such a negative encounter at Safeway pharmacy was truly unexpected, and it has left a lasting impression. Customer service of this caliber is far below what should be expected. I sincerely hope for improved service in the future for the benefit of all customers. Thanks Ray !

Came here sicker than a dog for a prescription, RAY or Rey the pharmacist told me 10 minutes so I gave him 10 extra just in case waited about 20, get back in line behind someone that takes moreee time so they had about 30 minutes to fill a cough syrup then I get up there and she says oh! itll be another 20-30.. im like WHAT and then here comes ray, the man who told me 10 minutes saying something along the lines of you can just buy it from over there excuse me? I waited this long for you to say some petty remark like that? Then goes on to tell me he pretty much forgot about me while I was RIGHT THERE listening to him and his coworkers have a giddy ol time. If i wasnt running a fever probably wouldn't have been so upsetting by I am and they could literally care less about their jobs is all I took from todays experience(: So upsetting I wouldve just bought it to begin with if I knew they were gonna be so careless with their customers.
