I found Diane through a friend. She came highly recommended. From the first time meeting her, I could tell she was professional and cared about me as her client. She listens and did exactly what I wanted done with my brows. She is the sweetest person, easy to talk with and a does outstanding work. She truly is the top in her line of work. Ive been following Diane the last couple years, her work is amazing (beautiful and precise)! When I inquired about eyeliner, she responded quickly, and was able to schedule the on-site consultation right away. I decided to go with the lash enhancement permanent eyeliner. Im very happy with the results. Its so easy to get ready in the morning; I wish I wouldve gone in sooner! I highly recommend Fine Lines Permanent Cosmetics in Vancouver Washington.

Diane is so wonderful to work with. She makes sure to keep you comfortable and the time passes quickly while we visit.
