I have worked with many companies over the years and hands down Vision Office Solutions has been the best to work with. They are very down to earth people that know what there doing & do it at a affordable cost. Keep up the great work.

I bought a used / refurbished copy machine form Mark at Vision office solutions They said I need dedicated plug for this copy machine so I had my guy install one well he hooked it up to 220 volt And when Vision office solutions plugged it without testing the power first it fire the machine. I will take full responsibility This was my guys fault for wiring it wrong. I had to pay for that machine and Mark from Vision office solutions sold me another machine for like $ 1500 with was OK This was another used / refurbished copy machine when I had problem with these used / refurbished copy machine I would Call them the hard drive went out in the last machine I received from them they tried saying it was my fault I argued with them Regarding this they replaced it for free witch was only right. I called Mark at Vision office solutions on 9/22/2020 due to another problem this used / refurbished copy machine was having He said hes not doing business with me no more and I knew this I told him this is the first I heard of this and he hung up on me. I feel this is very unprofessional to treat a customer like this. They deal with used copy machine that are always going have problem Once they get your money they walk away. I would not recommend Vision office solutions Mark Mccann also had Action Photo Copies business witch is no longer
