I DO NOT recommend this company (not office location specific). I have had nothing but issues for 7months since the purchase of my home. Their customer service reps are less than helpful, never have the answers to my questions, or solutions to the problems I am calling about. They have pulled multiple mortgage payments from my bank several times in one month (without approval) causing over withdrawal of my account. I have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager for two months and it has never happened. I will pay the extra money to refinance with another lender as soon as my accounts recover from the errors of Movement Mortgage. I will never again use this horrible company.
