        Prior to my interaction with this company, I always assumed that Mortgage companies were sort of just background players in the home buying process, who only snuck in at inopportune moments to provide a few extra hurdles, with no real context. That is 100% not the case with this company, Kerry and his team are not only helpful and informative, but also keep you informed the entire step of the way. Us getting linked up with them on this process was a true great outcome for us. If you have the privilege of working with them in the future, just know that you have a true advocate with this company!

        Creekside Mortgage did an amazing job at helping us finance our new home using a VA loan. In the beginning they helped us find our budget and figure out what we were comfortable with. They were very good at communicating making sure we under stood everything throughout the entire process. The entire team made the process as smooth as possible. I would recommend Creekside Mortgage to anyone buying a home!

        While Creekside Mortgage specializes in VA loans, my father who is a Vietnam veteran, recommended working with them even though I applied for a conventional loan. If you havent purchased a house before, its stressful, and requires clarity on whats needed next and responsiveness without a lot of car salesmanship involved. Creekside Mortgage delivers in spades. This is my third house purchase, and without qualification, Id recommend Creekside Mortgage and the team I worked with, Chelsea, Nicolle, and Kerry, to anyone interested in a VA loan or conventional.

      Liv what a pleasure to help you reach this day. You truly are family and the timing of all this ended up perfect. When you're in the process of building a home and that 6 months of waiting a lot of fun stuff can happen. Nicolle and Chelsea made the perfect call and moved it all those times to chase the lower rate. I'm so happy how it ended up and they timed the rate perfect.
