AJ is truly one of the most amazing humans I have had the pleasure to know! My husband and I were looking to find a home that was much more effective for our small family that we wanted to grow. We were living in a neighborhood that had very little room to grow. The back yard was a hill.... it was the worst! We wanted a couple of acres of usable land. We wanted a small town vibe with a good school district that maybe was up and coming. We were looking further north hoping for Hockinson, Battle Ground, or Ridgefield. When we lost what we thought was the house of our dreams and found the actual house of our dreams AJ was ALL OVER IT! He aggressively got us up there to see it and we put an aggressive offer in and we were sooooooooo incredibly grateful to hear we got our offer accepted! Now came the hard part. All this time this amazing agent is working for us to find the perfect home he is up at our current home getting it ready. Not only did he bring paint but he painted, he cleaned, he organized, he packed, and he made sure that every step of the way that we were informed. Ya'll if you need someone to be in your corner in every way you NEED AJ. He is truly a blessing. This Man sold our current home lickety split and got us into our new home just before Christmas with our sweet little family and in 2 short years we welcomed our new little girl to our 2 acre piece of Battle Ground paradise. AJ is truly the best. We will continue to use him for the rest of time!

AJ was our realtor for the purchase of our first home and he was AMAZING. He has a great personality and is just a real person, which comes in handy when you have a stubborn partner. We really had no idea what we were doing when it came to buying a house, but AJ was there every step of the way to explain everything that was going on. When we found the home we ended up purchasing, the sellers tried to present us with some terms that we didnt agree with and AJ fought for us to get what we needed. It didnt stop at locking in the house either! AJ helped with getting us everything we needed to move and is helping plan/host our first housewarming. Im so grateful that he was recommended to us and will be referring any and everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home to AJ!

AJ was the best accident ever. We just so happened to stumble upon him at an open house. It wasnt our first open house, nor our last, but he was our first and last realtor! He had fresh baked cookies, candy, and the cutest coloring book for the kiddos. And thats not even what won us over, it was his award winning personality. I know that sounds cheesy, but it really was like hanging out with a friend a friend that was helping guide us through the most expensive purchase we had ever made. Which let me tell you, I was a little stressed, and had a million questions that he handled quite well! The evening we met, he got what we were interested in, sent us listings, and started scheduling walk throughs, which is exactly what we needed. He really matched or even topped our motivation to buy the perfect home. AJ! Youre the best! Thanks for everything!! Ill let you know when we are ready to sell and buy again in 30 years.
