Should be zero stars. Three weeks ago our neurologist ordered a procedure. We still have not received an appointment to do this! His diagnosis is early and needs to have this done to confirm it and get the proper care.

Staff at registration unprofessional and incompetent. Need some serious customer service training.

Twice- this office cancelled on my elderly father while he was in office. We have to drive about 2 hours one way to get to this office. First time was an issue with the machine which is forgivable but the second time there was no reason. When we asked the front desk for support they said they cant help because they dont have time. Overall I cant understand how you can confirm an appointment and then day of while your patient is sitting in the office then you inform them the appointment is canceled. Twice in a row none the less. Its the emotional distressing and financial costly to drive out for nothing. It continues to amaze me how little support was offered. But as long as you get paid what does it matter? Unless you absolutely have to go here- dont.
