Molina Healthcare of Washington Regional Office

I recently had a new born and Im trying to get her on the same primary care provider as her sister(2 years old). For some reason the customer service person put her under my PCP which is not a Pediatric. Also now I have to go online to see if her Sisters pcp is available every day to see if hes availableThis is a new change that Molina decided to do; its only for the Vancouver Clinic doctors. Making things 10x more difficult than it should be for parents that want to keep the same care provider for all their kids. Just why??? Why Molina, do you constantly disappointed the people you should be helping and making things harder and harder each year.

Member services is a joke. They will do everything in their power to get you off the phone as fast as possible, or just hang up on you. If they don't have any answer for you they will hang up or transfer you to "technical support" where you will be disconnected
