King Tiger truly builds a community of not only strong Taekwondo skills, but it also builds strong character, knowledge, and a sense of new family. It has been great to see the community of King Tiger grow since my partner came back 3 years ago to get his first degree Black Belt! The Masters of the school are skilled and have mastered this art!

We Love Our King Tiger Family! I have two teens that have been part of the King Tiger Martial Arts Family for the last 6 or 7 years. They have both learned so much. When they first started they were in middle school. They were both so quiet and shy. Master Lim was very patient and kind, and helped my kids find their voices. My kids are now both black belts. It has been both a challenging and wonderful journey, and I could not be more proud of them for sticking with it when things got tough. During their journey to black belt, they have been supported and inspired by Master Lim, Master Hogan, and many other black belts along the way. At King Tiger Martial Arts each member is encouraged to do their personal best and to push themselves (sometimes outside their comfort zones). But they are also free to try and fail, without judgment or condemnation. My kids are physically and mentally stronger because of their training. They are more confident and they live KTMAs student creed of Respect, Integrity, Courtesy, and Perseverance outside of the classroom every single day. KTMAs training has also exposed my kids to South Korean history, culture, and language. This has been fun for them, and has sparked their desire to actually visit South Korea someday. I would highly recommend King Tiger Martial Arts classes for anyone who has an interest in this sport. Whatever level youre starting from, theres a place for you at King Tiger. Chris Tsikayi

If you're considering TKD for any reason, whether it's for your child or for yourself as a grown adult, this is the place! I walked in here at the age of 37 with zero background in marital arts, absolutely terrified, and questioning my decision making skills. I met with Master Lim and his kindness, and genuinely caring demeanor radiated off of him. I watched one class and signed up that day. It's been 14 months now and the things I've gained from this school will continue to follow me for a lifetime. Master Lim and Master Hogan are amazing people. The other students are welcoming and helpful. There are no egos here, no one thinks they are better because of the color of their belt, or time practicing TKD. Everyone genuinely cares about you and your well-being. If you miss a class, you will probably even get a text to make sure you are ok. People here really care. The amount of confidence I have gained from this place, the friendships, the fun little lessons about martial arts that somehow seep into your day-to-day life, all worth it! As for the kids classes, I do not have children of my own, but I have friends who do and I have seen plenty of the littles classes. Master Lim and Master Hogan are just as amazing with the kids, as they are with the adults. Again, if you're even just a little curious about checking it out, just go watch a class. It might seem scary, but I PROMISE you it will add so much value to your life, and/or the life of your children.
