        Pain in the A. Will repeatedly call multi times a day the day your payment is due or even 1 day late. Use multiple phone numbers. I would never recommend using them. I would rather struggle and be broke than ever deal with One Main again at all

        I have been a customer of one main for many years and have had 3 seperate small personal loans from them. I take care of special need people for a living for Medicaid and dshs. Which means I have Zero taxable income and no "tax return" to use as proof of income. This was never a problem until recently. Now this company has gone from a company doing business with people to a company doing business with tax returns. Because I was declined, twice now due to this fact, I questioned Shana, the manager at the salmon creek location, as to why. I got beat around the bush answers and she finally got so frustrated with me she hung up on me. Hung up on a long term customer with near perfect repayment history(my debit card expired for auto-pay one time). Hung UP on me. A manager.......! This latest attempt for a small loan ended with and uneducated Jeanne telling me she had never heard of non taxable income.........(I must be lieing?) I would avoid this company at all costs as they no longer care about people, even given what I do for a living, we no longer matter. They dont care. They only care about pieces of paper and tax returns.
