While I don't typically write reviews, I felt compelled to in this instance. Recently faced with a challenging situation regarding my mom's health, I didn't know where to begin. Fortunately, I was referred to Mr. Baeta, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. Mr. Baeta demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and understanding while presenting me with options and educating me about available programs for my mom. I felt comfortable sharing details of her situation, which prompted Mr. Baeta to explore additional special programs she might qualify for. After further research, he identified a perfect plan for my mom, and Mr. Baeta guided me through the steps to gather the necessary information. Without his service and guidance, I would have been truly lost on this journey. His warmth and compassion put both my mom and me at ease amidst these changes. I hope this message reaches the appropriate manager, acknowledging the excellent service Mr. Baeta provides. I'm grateful for his ongoing availability for questions and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others in need of similar assistance.

Six years ago I was totally confused as we began to try to navigate the medicare puzzle. Read a couple books, researched, and then finally went to a seminar by Guided MC (formerly MedicareHelpNow). I wish I would have gone to them first! I've done the yearly seminars since. Recently needed to make a change and I needed info quickly so I booked an appointment with "anyone available" and met the next day with Seth Baeta. He is a great combination of knowledgable and friendly!! Listened to my concerns and answered every question in terms I was able to understand. Highly recommend both Guided MC and Seth Baeta!!
