Rachel Lauser has been incredibly helpful to my aged parents in finding the best Medicare supplement plan. First, she is a good listener. What exactly are we novices who don't speak the health care language saying about what we need from our health care coverage. She listens to our language and translates that into industry language and then feeds it back to us in a way we can understand and make choices. Second, she is exceedingly knowledgeable. I can tell when someone is competent at their craft. Rachel Lauser is such a person. That knowledge is comforting to those of us who depend upon others to connect us to a plan that is so essential to our health and wellbeing in a healthcare system that is bewildering at best. She can reach in to that knowledge tank and produce answers that fit our questions and intents. Third, she is compassionate. We unfortunately had to make several fundamental changes, but she stuck with us throughout the process and treated us as human beings that had value to her. She just rolled with it and kept delivering. More than anything else, she gets five stars for that. The rest of the Appled Team office was supportive and helpful when she was unavailable. They are insurance brokers, health insurance just one of many products they deliver. They are in the business of finding the best insurance for any need. I easily recommend them most highly as surely one of the better insurance brokers in this area.
