My experience with Entek was exceptional from the initial emergency call to the end of the project. The heat exchanger in 25yr old gas furnace developed a hole , replacement was the logical choice. Got 3 estimates and Entek was the best value with a new Carrier furnace and ac. The lead tech Ivo did job inspection and thoughorly went over the job with me. The install team included Isaiah and Anton and the crew worked together smoothly and professionally. Isaiah was happy to go under the house and change out a section of duct that got flooded from recent aquarium incident. I got the impression they enjoy working for Entek. Got everything done in 2 days cleaned up everything and Ivo went over all the operating and maintenance information. The office personnel have been easy to work with as well. Clearly a company that prides itself on good service . Strongly recommend!
