Connor at United Water was a life saver in replacing my hot water heater during the recent snow/ice storm. Not only did he take care to explain the problem but offered several options to best go forward. He was able to complete the job very quickly as promised. If I need any heating/air/plumbing work, United Water & Air will be my goto organization.

I just love United Water and Air. Came out quickly, addressed a water softer problem. Problem resolved. They also installed and serviced my reverse osmosis water in my kitchen sink. Love have clean fresh water and the touch of a hand. These folks are great. Highly recommend.

I was having an issue with my softener system. When I called to get an appointment, I was informed that my service was transferred to United Water. I contacted them and was told that they could send someone out pretty quick. Joe, their technician, showed up and was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided a recommendation to better the system for our usage. All in terms that were easily understandable. With the great customer service from the office, I highly recommend giving them an opportunity for your business, as they also provide plumbing and HVAC services.
