Best Western Inn Of Vancouver

Went here with my daughter to watch the NCAA women's basketball tournament. I have yet to have a bad experience at a Best Western hotel and again I was not let down. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and was given the job of holding delivery packages from my wife's online shopping. Their breakfast made our morning with eggs, hash browns, sausage, toast, waffles, juices and coffee/tea. The pool was nice along with the weight room. A big shout goes out to the house keeping staff (especially Silvia). They always had smiles and a greeting and they allowed me to practice my Spanish with them

Very freshly renovated with clean bright design. Comfortable. Nice location and plenty of parking. Nice staff.

Rooms are recently remodeled and showers are "hit or miss" as the front desk agent said.. causing them to drain very poorly.. they know about it leaking all over the floor and can do nothing to fix the issue.. Pool and spa are on the list of amenities but it's just a simple pool.. Location is right next to the homeless. Man came in and ate breakfast but clearly wasn't part of the hotel guest.. Rooms: A third of the rooms are still under active construction Safety: Stay at your own risk
