        Need very much to sing the praises BOTH of Home Instead of Vancouver----and in particular, Julie, Riley and Sue who have been so helpful there and who without fail LISTEN and HEAR what is genuinely being said/asked/needed. That's saying something, too given the particulars of elder care which does not always proceed on a linear basis; needs change continuously and Home Instead genuinely hears and understands communications as no other. ALSO our caregiver is an angel who I believe has to be the best caregiver out there--her name is Jeannie and SHE, the person who is hands on and actually delivers the care, the presence, the companionship and who does so much more than words here can describe--she reads moods, adjusts immediately to the "realities of the day" and who has demonstrated over years that intuitively, she is as connected with my mom's needs as any nonfamily member ever ever could be-----I have nothing but the most profound gratitude for Home Instead, the caliber of their operation and that extends to the caregiver Jeannie who has given so much of herself to my mom's care and done it graciously and flawlessly. Thank you, Home Instead---thank you, Jeannie! Nothing taken for granted by my family.
