My only contact has been the initial contact with the website. Here they say: (1) they will accept only email communication rather than phones; which is essential for me (2) they will accept my need of one 8 hour day per week. If I ever manage actual contact, I will update this.

I hired Visiting Angels to stay with my housemate for 16 days.  During this time the Angels were like "friends" to my friend and offered and completed such things a light housecleaning, indoor and outdoor plant care, cleaning of two bird baths outside, encouraging eating and hydration for my friend, shopping for food for my friend and playing and entertaining a small dog that my friend has.  They also encouraged and accompanied my friend on frequent walks outside.  All in all, my friend was satisfied with the Angels and says she felt safe with them.  This allowed my friend to remain in her own home rather than having to say in an unfamiliar setting while I was gone.

These are great people who really care about your loved ones! They take the time to figure out what your needs are and then provide incredible service. I would highly recommend them for any care your loved ones need!
