        Really unhelpful. Asked about a particular item and mentioned that I needed help finding it (because I had never been there before and the shelves are jam packed and overwhelming). The person at the counter (who was leaning back on the counter with folded arms) said in this really bored voice "Oh, I dunno, you could check aisle 12 in the back." Did not offer to go check, find someone to check, or look it up in the system or anything. So I left. Unprofessional. Guess I'll just order online.

        Horrible customer service. Never buy a grill from a hardware store. Traeger shouldn't sell to that store.
