I did permanent hair straightening at this place, and it was perfect! I was happy about it, and the price was reasonable. It lasted about a year until I had to do another permanent straightening. On September 1st, 2023, I went back to them to get my hair straight again as a birthday present. Since I have had experience with them before, I kind of trust them, and they seem really professional with their service. I was happy with the result that day. It was over a 4-hour job and was twice as expensive as the last time I was thereunderstandable due to inflation. I paid them $450 plus a 20% tip. Anyway, I was content and satisfied with the result and did not wash my hair for three days like they said. As soon as I had my hair, it changed. It's not as smooth and soft anymore, but I thought it was just normal. I ironed it every day. After a week, my hair went back to normal. I called them back to inform them of what happened, and I guess it was someone else. He said, "The owner will be back Friday," and I can come on Friday to check. Anyway, I called back Friday to confirm that I could go in, but the owner said they couldn't do anything about it because their "policy" was only for two weeks. And he said that once their job is done, it's out of their hands and not their responsibility anymore. I was very disappointed because I followed everything they told me, and it was very expensive for just two weeks. I liked them the first time I had a service from them, but not this time. I'm so disappointed because it was so expensive and I saved up that money and it wasn't worth it. They told me it could last a maximum of 6 months but not even a month! so frustrating! I have been seeing Noam and he has been doing my hair for around 13 years, its very affordable, and he does a great job! Also, I went somewhere else and I paid a lot of money to have my haircut and dyed and it did not sit right I looked terrible and I went to Noam around a week later and he fixed it and it looks beautiful I feel pretty and I love it.
