I needed a gutter job done and they beat everyone's price by a decent amount so I decided to go with them. On top of that, they had the best customer service. Months after the job was done and they had been paid, I noticed I had a leak in one of my gutters (which it turned out was a roof issue) I called and they were out here the same day and fixed it even though it wasn't their mistake. If you need gutters, use these guys.

Douglas came out and assessed the gutters /downspouts in question and gave his professional opinion. He said he'd feel guilty if he told us to have them replaced. The estimate was far less (almost 50%) than another local business for what he did recommend (maintenance), but also made recommendations of what he truly saw needed completed. He even "went the extra mile" and reattached a piece of the downspout for us at no cost. This spoke volumes to us. He was great to interact with professionally, and actually DJ from the office is very responsive to phone calls and emails as well. I was about to leave a voicemail and she realized she had a missed call and they were already calling me back. I appreciate good old fashioned customer service, following up, integrity, and when people are true to their word, and that is why I'd use Lacamas Gutters again.
