My gutters are clean! I got a text to let me know who to expect and when they would arrive, which is very helpful. Canaan and Eli were kind, professional, and efficient with their work. I also appreciated the report I got back on the condition of my gutters. Thank you!

Had Vusi and Anthony wash our windows today, it was done professionally and I couldnt be happier with the results. Simply great. It was an absolute pleasure speaking to the guys as they did their thing and wish them nothing but the best.

You're all my friends, yes? Friday, April 5, 2024 I just cannot tell you how impressed I am with NW Softwash! To recap, they have several different options to choose from for soft power washing your home and driveway. The option that I picked was for NW Softwash to remove all of the moss from my roof, and if any moss 'reappeared,' they would come back out and remove it for free if it's within the warranty period (again, different softwashing packages are available)! So, I recently had a patch of moss appear under a 2nd story downspout. I texted NW Softwash, and they scheduled me for the same week (this past Friday)! Technicians Canaan and Mason are the ones who came out and did the job. They were both professional, friendly, and polite, and did a great job (I was impressed how well that they worked together on the hoses). They were quick, and made a special point afterwards to see if I was satisfied, and asked if I had any further concerns or questions! NW Softwash is a first-rate company! Friday, March 3, 2023 Last year, the roof on our two-story Battle Ground home had acquired a fair amount of moss, and we chose NW Softwash to remove it. They did a great job, but what made it even better was their warranty: if moss or algae were to reappear within the warranty period, NW Softwash would come out and remove it for no charge! Well, we had occasion to try that warranty. We recently noticed a couple of small algae patches on the roof, and I contacted NW Softwash about them. Joshua texted me back within a day with a proposed time. It was just that easy. So today Ethan and Drew came out (I received a text beforehand), and I couldn't have been more impressed. Both Ethan and Drew were polite and friendly, and were clear about what they were going to do on my roof, and then what they had done when they had finished. We're very happy with NW Softwashs quality of people and their work, as well as their warranty!
