Got the job done (I think-well see if it lasts), but wasnt impressed with the process from the start. Between scheduling, the quote, and the guys completing the job- if I asked questions, it was unsure what the answer was. They either needed to check on it or deferred to someone else. I didnt have a lot of confidence from the beginning and probably should have chooses a different company. I was charged more than I thought the job would cost and they didnt have a good explanation or break down for the cost. Update: Received a follow up call. Owner was great about making things right. Offered a refund and follow up call in 6 months to make sure we are still satisfied with the work.

The two young gentlemen that came to grind a stump did an exemplary job, were polite and professional and made the area they worked in look clean when they were done. A great experience.

The team was extremely hard working, patient, respectful, and professional. Paul led his team with precision and determination even with large obstacles. We had two tree stumps removed, one of which was an extremely large termite infested old stump that the team bagged up to prevent further infection (it was no small task). My yard looks wonderful and I have the opportunity to plant a beautiful garden now that it is not riddled with 100 year old roots. Thank you Paul and team.
