This location frequently forces customers to reschedule their order delivery, and a bug in the Safeway app prevents you from doing so. This results in you having to wait a few days for the order to be cancelled, then a few more days to get your money back. You then have to place a new order and wait a day or two for delivery and pray they dont force you to reschedule again. The dotcom workers try their best to do what they can, but they are over worked and upper management doesnt seem to care when I speak with them. They promise they will take care of it but nothing is ever done. Basically, there is a high likelihood that the order doesnt get delivered and your money gets held for up to a week before you can try again. This severely impacts low income, disabled, and elderly individuals that rely on delivery service for food. This has been going on for months and months now. Absolutely terrible.

I've always love Safeway & their customer service is always up to par. One of my favorite locations. Safeway has never disappointed. Love my Safeway

Have good sales going on! Everything's always in stock for the sale items.. I shop Safeway for their sales. I save a lot of money on meat,And many other products.
