At this pace its a waste of taxpayers money, complex regulations and process, technical communications that seems specifically designed to hinder any progress, and least interested employees. 70s Soviet bureaucracy at its best. Just imagine you cannot upload any document unless it's a single page, landscape oriented, and has to be pdf that is named is a specific way. Who developed this and how much did you pay them for this I think it's time to involve the legislature in this mess.

Do not answer phones, do not return calls. The answering machine still says that the people there are working from home due to COVID-19. The computer filing systems are not integrated resulting in frustration for staff and customers.

Horrible service. Blame working from from home for not being able to take calls? Sad excuse. Takes days to hear back and then they dont leave an ext number so around the phone tree we go again. Also, its nice they have to you pay first, easy money for them to do nothing.

Such an amazing group of people working hard each day during unprecedented times. They have less staff members than ever before yet, the timeline from start to issue has shrunk tenfold. They genuinely care about making a positive difference in a difficult world. Love the new ePlan system they implemented; it really simplified an otherwise difficult process.
