If you want to work for a company that doesn't take care of their employees prime is the company for you. They don't take personal safety precautions, there's enough drama around the job site for a reality tv show. they don't pay drive time they don't pay very well and They constantly mess up paychecks, you may lose 1 hour one paycheck and 9 hours the next. Moral of the story you more than likely don't want to work for this company.

I had an extremely positive experience with this company. Justin (owner) gave me a bid for a custom home in a timely manner and was very responsive with any of my questions. Steve (Project Manager) guided his crew seamlessly through the project. Abel (Forman) is a super star. He and his crew were extremely hard workers and frame correctly without cutting corners. I would absolutely refer this company to anyone. Thanks everyone!
