I have worked in construction for 25 years and have never seen a more irresponsible contractor. No organization and no regard for safety. If you ever want to see how NOT to operate as a general contractor, this company will blow your mind.

NO INTEGRITY!!! DO NOT LET THIS CONTRACTOR BUILD ANYTHING FOR YOU. I Worked in the same project with Integrity and witnessed the poorest project management I've seen in 25 years in the business. Workmanship was the worst on all aspects My company fixed the concrete work as a flooring contractor and was never paid.

I’ve never worked on such a poor run project in my 24 years in the industry I wouldn’t consider them I’d run as fast as I could what they did to every sub and especially the building owner was insane and nothing but wrong.

Read their lease agreements; absolutely illegal throughout the document. They refuse to fix windows that are broken stating it’s a tenants responsibility which is very much cannot be when a window will not stay open. They tell their renters that they have to de-ice the sidewalks and parking lots in the common area of the complexes which is an owner/management responsibility. They are trying to raise rents during the moratorium which is absolutely illegal. The lack of knowledge they have in the laws is appalling and I’m glad I chose to look somewhere else for a home.
