Alison and Tina made an already stressful situation worse. We had to stick with her throughout the case and she spent over $12,000 in a matter of months. Ended up losing every single thing we petitioned for. The other bad reviews are right, if she doesnt care about your case you are screwed

I was not impressed with the level of service or representation that I was expecting $325 per hour. Basically I was involved in a custody battle where I was the one bringing the case. I was originally planning on handling the process on my own and was talked out of it by a friend of mine who urged me to seek legal representation. I set up a consultation with Allison Green and was assured they would fight for me and would easily obtain twice what i could on my own by filling out the parenting plan paperwork myself. I trusted them and started the process. Had to put a retainer of $5000 on a credit card. It went back and fourth for months. The other person involved got a lawyer and dragged this out for a while. Unbelievable amounts of money later. It seemed like she kept charging my credit card for $5000 every other month? There is an agreement that says you HAVE to have $5000 in your 'trust account' at all times. So now I am done and the process is finalized with family court and we ended up with the same agreement that my exes lawyer wanted to begin with. They basically got everything they wanted. I feel betrayed and let down and now left penniless. They charged me for $16,000 in legal fees at $325 an hour or so. Allison never showed up to court on time either. I dealt with her assistant Tina Swab a lot who was still $250 per hour. Overall, I am extremely upset and disappointed in this lawyer. If you have a family law case you would be better off looking elsewhere for representation.
