Four Directions Counseling Center

Please do not even bother calling this establishment. My partner has been struggling with contamination OCD for 3 months due to COVID. We finally called to start the process of healing. The first call my partner was told that she has nothing to worry about, it's just like the cold and Apple Cider Vinegar is the cure. I was shocked. Information like this does not help a person with OCD. If they could turn it off they would. This person is not a real therapist. I want you all to know that bad therapy only hurts you. If you're looking for healing, please find a real professional.

Tried to help someone who is struggling to make an appointment. Called Four Directions and was told "I don't do that, you're gonna have to find someone else." Just cut me off in a very rude way. They need to update their info on Psychology Today to be accurate. Also, kindness and understanding are necessary when dealing with people in crisis. I'm just glad that I'm the one who called and not the person I was trying to help. Steer clear, much more compassionate providers out there.

These people are greedy and dont care about you. I called for services and they take both insurances I have and is questioning me as to why I am covered with 2 Insurances. Stated she dont understand why I have 2. Well its really non of your business and I shouldnt have to explain how I came about having 2 sets of insurance. If you take either insurance.. ask me the right questions and not ignore one insurance for the other because you want more money. You didnt even ask me what my concern was it was all insurance yall and how narrow minded you are and greedy. Scratched you right off my list. I wont be going here. The person who answered the phone had me feeling really uncomfortable today.
