image Place lacked security with the doors and parking gates propped open so people could smoke. Lots of homeless people wandering around the property. Place was very sketchy so we cancelled two of the three nights we'd planned on staying.
Noteworthy details: Place is a dive. You could see into the hall through the gap in the room door. Terrible and not worth the money. People smoking under the do not smoke signs at the entrance including staff.

image I was robbed by the front desk attendant on my second night there. After coming back from a long day the the hospital I opened my room and found all my belongings gone. The front desk staff admitted to removing my belongings from the room saying she thought I checked out and abandoned them. ( still had one night left on my reservation) after taking inventory of things removed there were items missing. I decided to cancel my stay immediately and she refused to give a full refund. Im now waiting to hear back from corporate about my complaint and there theft. The room stunk like death and the shower did not work. I will never stay at another extended stay property in my life!!!

Rooms: Rooms are clean
Safety: Can't get past the second set of doors into the lobby without a key

image It is a room if you need it. Fair on price and fairly clean. Well clean but not over clean and once we stayed here and there was a nasty chemical smell. Made them give us a diffrent room.

image Very poor experience here. Mismanaged and unkempt. Dog feces everywhere outside to include the main walk up. Drug users living out of cars just out on the street. Surrounded by the unhoused who are always on property asking for cigarettes or taking butts. Secured parking is wide open thanks to both man gates being broken.
Many many people living here long term, which we would have been ourselves as well (a lot of evictions happening lately) had we not been personally insulted by a staff member who walked off the job yelling and screaming at us, then kicked out for it an entire 3 weeks later by the district manager who doesnt know the first thing about conflict resolution as she is extremely confrontational, gets loud first, and points fingers in faces. She has an immense amount of egg on her face over the incident and chose retaliation when we involved corporate.
Stay anywhere else. Oh, and if youre on business, you should really try to have your employer put you up somewhere else. This IS NOT a business hotel. This is a slum.
