My cousin and I met Vanessa out of the blue while wedding planning for my cousins 2023 Summer Wedding in Vancouver, Washington. Vanessa was the perfect day of coordinator along with her talented team. They kept the day moving and ran the show letting the bride and bridal party enjoy the long day. They communicated with the vendors, helped decorate, and resolved any issues that came about during the day. It was a major plus that Vanessa could speak Spanish and communicate with the multilingual wedding guests. There were several video meetings plus the rehearsal day included in the day of coordinator package which was perfect so we could go through everything that we needed Vanessa to do and she walked through the wedding timeline so we knew what to expect the day of. I highly recommend Vanessa and Mountain Sage Co. for your wedding and/or important events. We are so blessed to have met Vanessa when we did because this wedding would not have gone as well as it did without her!

Vanessa and her team helped me plan the most wonderful birthday party for my son. She did wonderful decorations, she was incredibly kind, and a very thoughtful communicator. She designed a beautiful balloon arch, created decorations all in theme, put together goodie bags for me, helped ensure the food was picked up and ready for the event. I couldn't have asked for a better event planner. HIGHLY recommend!!
