They give my wife jacket with a lot of pet hair,,we don't have pets,so the lady told me that's isn't her problem now,bad service...

I've lived in the neighborhood for 3 years now, and attempt to follow parametrrs required by this clean. 1 shirt is almost $6 to have laundered. If you bring three shirts in you get them for $3 each. So I bring three shirts in, turns out they decide to dry clean 1and thus charge me $17 for 3 shirts. I'm not coming back as they are simply too expensive. It is my opinion, that they should give you a written price when you turn your clothes in. And they don't. And therefore they're able to charge you whatever they feel. If there is any problem they should call you. They do take your number down. I've actually been there, and withheld my shirts as they told me they're special was three shirts at a time.!! Trying to be loyal I end up paying the price!Now, not returning and not suggesting anybody else goes there either. Worst thing is when I ask them why they keep doing this to me they acted as if it wasn't their problem. Well my patronage is not their problem anymore either!
