I'd have rated zero stars if possible. Our son was in need of a root canal. After a review by Apple Health, he was approved for the procedure and crown. We scheduled the appointment for a Monday mid-morning. Unfortunately, on the Saturday prior to the appointment, our son became ill. He was coughing, running a fever, and throwing up. By early Sunday morning, he wasn't doing any better. So at 5 AM, we called to let the office know and request a rescheduling. There was only an answering machine, no answering service. So, we left a message. On Monday, we called to ensure they had received the message and were informed that because we hadn't canceled the appointment at least 24 hrs in advance, we were going to have to pay a cancelation fee. I explained that we had called more than 24 hours before his scheduled appointment and was told that we should have called the previous Friday before 5 PM. When I stated that our son wasn't sick on Friday, that he had woken up ill on Saturday, I was told that it didn't matter, that we violated their policy that we had signed. I pointed out that we had followed policy and that it did not state the cancelation had to be made during business hours or on weekdays. I also pointed out that their policy stated that if the patient came to their appointment ill, they would be sent home, and a canceled appointment fee would be charged. Which we did not do. Furthermore, were we supposed to schedule our son's illness!?! I told her they were being unreasonable. The office personnel told me, "Sorry, that's our policy. If you want his procedure done, you'll pay the fee. Otherwise, we won't see him again until it's paid." I contacted the states attorney general, who looked into the situation and was told they do not set policy for independent dental offices and closed the investigation. If you want to visit a dentist who cares solely about the money they make and not for the patients they are supposed to serve, then this is the place for you. If, however your families well-being is important to you, you'll seek treatment elsewhere.

The worst experience that I have ever had. They ignore the need of a patient. They brought my child with disability to panic just because their policy says that a parent can't be present when they are doing nobody knows what. How they can be not so patient oriented in 21st century??? I am still deeply shocked!!!

Cool people to talk to. Getting my upper lips inflamed immediately without warning for a few days sucks.
