NW ELITE HOMES

Eugene from NW Elite Homes and team have been great to work with. They communicate well, do good work, and are reasonable and accommodating. NW Elite Homes will definitely be on the short list of builders for our next home. We just moved in and although no new home is perfect, they have been excellent with addressing any issues that arise. They repaired some floor tiles, replaced a window, and helped with a defective faucet.

They were a nightmare to work with ! False advertising of flooring .. late by 4 Months to close .... poor communication... the agent would tell me things would be done “ this week “ He said that so many times and “ This week ended up being 4 weeks They promised me a fence and gave a partial one ... they left me with no remote to open up my garage ... my W/D was re delivers 4 x b/c of their lies ..the home is super cute except things are falling Apart and I just moved in yesterday!! Nothing was the quality they showed me prior to buying !! Service: Project management

Worked with NW Elite Homes for over 9 months on building a home. They have fallen short in most aspects of everything. Had to have 3 home inspections for a brand new construction, the first one raised up 50+ issues that needed to be resolved with various degrees. After moving into home and other issues arising they have been far from proactive to help. The appliances were never connected, I still don't have a functioning dishwasher after near 3 months of living here because it was installed but the power was never connected (how can this be overlooked). Certain lights don't work. Poor quality attention to detail and caring about their customers. Even had appliances that did not fit external ADU (of which I specifically asked them and they ignored). I would not work with this company. They are all about a quick turnaround on construction, giving a false sense that they build higher end homes and do not provide a service to treat you in such a way. I understand construction can be slow and challenges, but over a year of working with this company and how they have treated the process, I would not trust them. And also, do not trust the older reviews. DJ for example, who was phenomenal of being the bridge to the terrible construction team has a 5 star review below. So I expect that all the older 5 star reviews are people with relationships to the company and their rating is overinflated because of this.
