        As someone who works in the healthcare field, I was shocked when I found out they will still charge you if you cant make your appointment because youre throwing up. They offer you to do a 30 minute video visit instead, which not everyone can do while sick. They reiterated the fact they need 24 hours, which I totally understand, but how is that possible when you wake up sick? Missing an appointment due to sickness is different than missing an appointment due to negligence. Very disappointing because I really liked the therapist I saw but I wont do business with anyone who operates like this.
