Scott and his team have been monitoring my systems and it's been outstanding! It was easy to get started with them and I haven't missed a beat with my business. It feels really good knowing people that truly know what they are doing are keeping a watchful eye over my tech. I have friends that have been hacked, had network failures, and even lost essential data forever. I won't be falling victim to the same horror stories I hear from other them. As a small business owner, I had about as much time to deal with IT as I had time for solicitors calling during open hours. Zero. I don't know how to keep my machines secure and I had no idea what I would do if all my data was compromised. Honestly... I just wanted to get my work done and not have to think about it. Scott and his crew at CCSI have been wonderful to work with. Their engineers quickly loaded my machines with the needed software and they take care of everything. When they noticed some strange activity on my machine that I didn't even know about, they actually called me and sorted it out before I even knew I had an issue. These guys don't just sit around and wait for things to break. They are pro-active and make sure that I never need to spend time worrying about or figuring out my technology. Thanks folks.
