Starbucks

This is our favorite Starbucks location. We come here most Sundays for our weekly coffee date, and we appreciate how the staff members have gotten to know us and remember our preferences. The new brewed coffee machines have really improved the quality of the basic coffee. Congratulations on the Pinecone of Perfection award!

Been going to the location for two years. They got a new drive thru person that thinks she knows what I want better then I do. So I will go down the road.

This is by far the worst Starbucks out there. Your drink will either taste like water or a cup of sugar. And they will never I repeat, ever stir it for you and then if you ask them to fix it, they will get an attitude go to another Starbucks.

Let me start off by saying this Starbucks is really hard to get to, homeless people all over the parking lot by 7/11, keep your cars locked. Now to the Fun Part of my experience at Starbucks, I called it a head of time to ask about their hidden special, on Thursday's. When I call in the lady tells me there is a deal from 12pm to 6pm on Thursday's only. So I wait an hour for the good deal to start. When I get to the window they tell me I need the App and my cellphone, well unfortunately for me I forgot my cell phone at home and was in a huge hurry, I ask the coffee girl at the window can you help me, she said sorry you need the app or there is nothing she can do sorry. So I ask for the Manager, she says the same thing to me, after arguing in the drive thru I told her, just take my number and tell me when you figure this out, she refuses to take my number and said it was inappropriate, so there for calling me inappropriate. After all this drama, she says to me we can still make your drink with an evil look in her eyes. I say no thank you I will go to the next Starbucks. Update called Corporate HQ was told I would get a call back in 48 hours still nothing
