Avis Car Rental

It has been a huge blessing renting from this Avis/Budget location in Vancouver, WA. I was doing monthly rentals here for 7+ months consecutively because they treated me well and have become more like family/friends. It's family owned and operated, which has been great! I so appreciate their help through some challenging times. I've had some good conversations with the owners/staff, and have felt truly valued as a person and customer. Thank you all! Fast. I was just picking up a friend who'd rented a car. .. they were faster than my friend, and the car he rented was decent.

Stay away!! Got the biggest run around of the year so far from Avis. Was told my debit card couldn't be used as a charge payment. Was told my reservation was cancelled. Was told i needed to go to a different location to receive the car. My card does allow charges. My card was charged for the full rental i didn't receive or sign the charge for. Other location was beyond cocky and rude and I was sent back to the original location. If you want to be treated horribly than Avis is for you. I won't be back.

The front desk was so nice and really helped me get a good deal for 3 weeks. They are really there to help you and we got a really nice Honda H r that we traveled for 3000 + miles and spent only 300 on gas. Would highly recommend this location for all your rental needs.
